Athens, Greece – October 9, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 8.10.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 10,000 own shares at a weighted average price €33.2693 per share, of an aggregate value €332,693.28. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name EUROXX SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,152,479 own shares, percentage 3.6059% of the total number of shares issued by it.
